    Morning Routine (Calm and Protect)

    1. Cleanse – Start with a gentle, non-stripping cleanser to remove impurities.
    2. Tone (optional) – Choose an alcohol-free toner with soothing ingredients such as rose water or chamomile.
    3. Serum (optional) – Hydrating or antioxidant serums with hyaluronic acid or peptides pair well with our creams.
    4. Moisturize – Apply your Face Cream while skin is still slightly damp to lock in moisture and nutrients.
    5. Protect – Always finish with sunscreen or mineral SPF before heading outdoors.


    Avoid layering exfoliating acids or retinol under your cream in the morning to prevent sensitivity to sunlight.

     

    Evening Routine (Restore and Nourish)

    1. Cleanse – Use a mild cleanser to wash away buildup from the day.
    2. Tone (optional) – Apply a gentle, hydrating toner to refresh the skin before moisturizing.
    3. Treatment or Serum (optional) – If using exfoliating acids or retinol, apply them at night only and allow full absorption before moisturizing.
    4. Moisturize – Finish with your Face Cream or 7-Oil SoulGlow Elixir to restore balance and hydration overnight.


    Alternate nights when using strong actives to avoid dryness or irritation.
