Founder of Arrrukah
Certified Holistic Health Practitioner | Master Herbalist
Arrrukah was born from a desire to return to the foundation I was raised on. Growing up, I was raised by my great aunt who practiced holistic ways of caring for the body through herbs, nourishment, and natural remedies. Her approach to wellness shaped how I came to understand health and healing.
In 2018, I decided to deepen that foundation and returned to school, becoming certified as a holistic health practitioner and herbalist. This allowed me to combine the knowledge I grew up around with formal training and continued learning.
The skincare side of Arrrukah began with my children’s needs. I wanted cleaner, more natural products for them, especially since heavy fragrances and harsh ingredients can often trigger sensitivities. Trust me, I have been the girl who loved those semi annual sales. Those who know, know. But when it came to my children, I knew I wanted something different.
I began researching ingredients, studying formulations, and educating myself on what truly supports healthy skin. My goal was to create natural, multifunctional skincare that nourishes the skin while serving more than one purpose.
That research led me to begin making body butters using simple, thoughtful ingredients. From there, I developed what would become the base of many Arrrukah formulations, our 8 oil elixir, a nourishing blend of plant oils created to support healthy skin and hair. As others experienced the benefits, the line naturally expanded to include lotions, face creams, and eventually a hair oil created after a request from my niece.
Today, Arrrukah brings together holistic wellness knowledge and thoughtfully crafted skincare, focusing on cleaner, plant based ingredients designed to support both healthy skin and overall well being.
