All Sales Are Final (Return/Exchange Policy): Due to the nature of our products and to maintain safety and purity, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please note: replacements do not apply to melted body butters or products affected by environmental conditions beyond our control.
Self Life: Please note that the shelf life of our lotion products is between 4 to 6 months, depending on their storage environment. Our products use plant-derived preservatives, and we recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place to maximize their effectiveness and longevity.
Processing Time: Please note that most of our products are made to order. Therefore, we require a processing time of 3 to 4 business days to prepare your order before shipping.
Issue Resolution: In the event of an issue arising from a mistake on our part, please contact us via email at Arrrukah@outlook.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Full payment is required before orders are processed.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary and are provided for reference only. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Transport: Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated at checkout. Any additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
